Instructions:

1) Students applying for duplicate marksheet have to submit affidavit   
on Rs.20/- stamp paper, duly notarized by Notary.

2) An amount @ of Rs.50/- per year per mark sheet, is to be paid in the college office.

3) Please submit your application signed by the Principal at the college counter.

4) You are requested to collect the marksheet from the office counter after a period of three days or more depending upon the year/years for which you want the marksheet.

Text of affidavit for duplicate marksheet should be be typed on Rs.20/- stamp paper and duly notarized
