This course has been designed to explore embedded
software, hardware and interfacing of various devices. The Intel 8051, a
popular very useful microcontroller will be dealt in detail. The architecture
and instruction set of the UC will be discussed and a
experimental Board will be built and debugged by the participants. The course
will culminate with a significant final project.
Eligibility criteria:
B.E/M.Sc. /B.Sc. in
Electronics/Instrumentation/Physics/Computer Science.
(Students
undergoing their final year of B.Sc. can also apply)
