DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR ADMISSIONS TO THE

FIRST YEAR B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. COURSE

1. Form A (Application form)
2. Form B (Insurance form)
3. Form C
4. Form D (PTA form)
5. Form E (I-card)
6. Original marksheet of H.S.S.C./equivalent Examination.
7. Two attested copies of the HSSC/equivalent Examination.
8. Original copy of H.S.S.C. leaving certificate.
9. One attested copy of the H.S.S.C. leaving certificate.
10. Attested photocopy of caste certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable).
11. Students belonging to SC/ST/OBC should furnish the caste and Income Certificates from the competent authority while submitting admission forms.
12. Eligibility Certificate (in original) issued by Goa University and a Migration Certificate (for those students who have passed Std. XII or any other equivalent examination through any other recognized Board – other than Goa Board) (if applicable).
13. Income Certificate issued by Competent authority (if applicable).
14. Five copies of recent passport-sized photographs.

DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR ADMISSIONS TO THE SECOND YEAR B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. COURSE
Sr.No. 1 to 5 and Sr.No. 10 to 11 and 13 will remain the same as mentioned in First year B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. course. In addition students are requested to submit the following :
1. Two attested copies of F.Y. marksheet.
2. Original marksheet of F.Y. examination.
3. Students of other colleges (affiliated to Goa University) should submit N.O.C. from their respective college.
4. Students from other colleges (not affiliated to Goa University) should submit Provisional Eligibility Certificate issued by Goa University and Migration Certificate and Transference Certificate from their respective Universities.
5. Five copies of recent passport-sized photographs.

Sr.No. 1 to 5 and Sr.No. 10 to 11 and 13 will remain the same as mentioned in First year B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. course. In addition students are requested to submit the following :
1. Two attested copies of F.Y. and S.Y. marksheet.
2. Original marksheet of F.Y. and S.Y. examination.
